According to the World Economic Forum 2025, for the first time in history, five generations are currently working together, making multigenerational workforces key to the future of work. This 1-day workshop is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to foster collaboration strengthen communication, and build inclusivity in a multigenerational workplace.

This workshop explores the unique traits and work styles of Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z – addressing common misconceptions and recommends strategies to leverage each generation’s strengths. Participants will learn to understand generational characteristics and values, enhance cross generational communication, and promote sustained inclusivity. By the end of the workshop, they will be able to implement actionable strategies to create a culture of inclusivity, reduce biases, and help ensure long-term engagement and collaboration.
